Operational Support

UMB staff is at your side as you learn the ropes of property management. We encourage our property managers to communicate with each other in our chat rooms and create an environment of support and encouragement. UMB already has accounts with different companies and software so new Partners don’t have to set any thing up, simply find your own cleaners and maintenance and we will handle payments to them. Cleaners will be connected to our scheduling software and paid through our system, just let us know who is cleaning which property and we handle the rest.

Community & Network

We utilize a chat platform for all the partners and UMB staff to stay in constant communication, so we can offer support and guide you through your journey. In addition we will host meetings periodically to address any concerns or questions the Partner may have.

Initial Training

For the first few days of our partnership we will go through the CRM, management software, chat, basic procedures, and more. we do this to ensure that you have everything needed to get started. From there we will send an info packet with more info as well as having the chat room with both UMB staff and other Partners who can help as well.

Marketing Support

UMB will reach out to local real estate agents and post in local social media pages to get started on gaining leads for bringing on properties. UMB will also post on social media platforms to get direct bookings which will have lower fees thus meaning more profits for both the owner, partner and UMB.

Do I have to put up any money to become an UMB Partner?

Answer: No! We have a simple interview process to ensure the Partners is a good fit and we get them set up and ready to go.

Do I have to have any prior property management experience in order to partner with UMB?

Answer: No! Although we do prefer Partners with experience, we offer training along the way to make sure you know the ropes of short-term rental property management to be successful.

Do I have to get any licensing or permits in order to manage properties in my area?

Answer: Yes, Partners will have to get the necssary Licensing and documentation and make sure that any properties they bring on meet local ordinances.

When can i start after the interview?

Answer: Once we signed the partnership agreement we will immediately give you access to our CRM and start training. We will also advertise in your area for our full service property management which the Partner will handle.

  • UMB will supply a credit card for any expenses under $300 and we deduct it from owners revenue. Any expenses over $300 the owners will be billed directly.
