Upon concluding the evaluation and determining that your property aligns with our criteria, we will discuss our comprehensive management services. Please note that full rental management is available in select areas, but our Market Plan and Revenue Management services are accessible throughout the U.S.

Onboarding Your Property

Upon your agreement to our management services, we will seamlessly integrate your property into our system. This includes:

  • Integrating your property details into our software.

  • Addressing additional queries to complete your property listing on various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

  • Optimizing your listing to ensure it stands out.

Optimizing Your Listing

  • Post-integration, our team will:

  • Configure your property on our channel manager software.

  • Adjust settings and upload descriptions, photos, and other essential information to highlight your property’s best features.

  • Ensure your property’s details are securely incorporated into our system and commence listing on diverse booking channels to maximize exposure.

Complete Onboarding

After successful integration across all booking platforms, we will confirm the completion of the onboarding process via email, keeping you informed at every step.

As a property owner, you will receive exclusive access to our platform, providing tools and insights to manage your property efficiently:

  • Utilize the booking calendar to view custom reports for each booking.

  • Access the dashboard for crucial information about property status and bookings.

Monthly Statements and Profitability

We focus on maximizing your property’s profitability:

  • Receive monthly statements detailing your property’s booking rate and net earnings post-commission, with payments processed via ACH transfers.

  • Gain a transparent overview of your property’s performance, as we take a vested interest in optimizing its revenue potential.
