By allowing you to establish the house rules, we ensure that your guests receive a confirmation email outlining their stay details along with any additional information you wish to provide.

On a monthly basis, we meticulously review your property listing(s), meticulously examining every aspect. If necessary, we will update the photos and make adjustments to keep up with the ever-evolving rules and changes on various booking channels. Moreover, we go the extra mile by promoting your property on social media platforms, enabling direct bookings and helping you save on booking channel fees. While most channels charge a 15% commission, we have incorporated this into the price. However, when guests book directly through us, the commission reduces to only 5%, allowing you to pocket the additional 10%.
